Essential Needs of Orphans

Our country, Yemen, is in humanitarian conditions that have reached extremely dangerous levels, especially in recent months. A report released by the UN stated that half of the Yemeni population is faced with the risk of starvation. Authorities warned the world against starvation in Yemen. The report reveals the human tragedy facing 14 million people in a country experiencing the worst humanitarian crisis in the world. The number of children at risk of starvation reached 5.2 million, and the number of children at risk of death from starvation reached 400,000. Orphans suffer the greatest pain and difficulty in society. In addition to the bad economic conditions in the country, the absence of anyone to provide a livelihood for the family further increases the suffering and trouble of orphans.Orphans need care and meeting their needs. Our Prophet (PBUH) advises taking care of orphans, protect them, and give importance to them.
