Upon the financial support of the Kuwait state, We have opened 3 artesian wells in each of the following villages: (Al-Qawasim, Al-Yabli, Al-Suwaidiah) located in Al-Khoukha District, Al-Hodeidah Governorate, in line with our projects in the field of water and environmental sanitation. This projects aim to provide assistance to thousands of families searching for water and to contribute to alleviating this critical problem that threatens many villages and neighborhoods in Yemen.
It is worth noting that many villages in Yemen suffer from severe water scarcity, while many families have to walk for long hours in order to obtain water that meets their needs.
According to a UNICEF report, “more than 16 million Yemenis, including 8.47 million children, urgently need assistance to access water, sanitation, and hygiene services.
